      First I wanted to be a doctor, then I wanted to be a lawyer, then I wanted to work for the European Union in Brussels. What I really wanted to do was travel. Now I do linguistics, and I do travel in it, but I also get to find out cool stuff about language, and people pay me to do that! So actually, now, this is my dream job.

      I used to want to be a professional musician, playing the clarinet. But I’m glad in the end I didn’t do that — I don’t think the life would have suited me, and I’m much happier thinking about psychology! I didn’t realise it when I was younger, but being a scientist actually is my dream job 🙂

      when I was really little I wanted to work in a bank or a supermarket, because I really loved playing with the cashier machines lol. Then I wanted to design marketing campaigns, I really liked the creative side of that kind of job. After that, I wanted to work for UNICEF or the ONU and finally, I wanted to be a scientist…
