I’m a bit biased, because I’m interested in living things so I prefer biology. Now you can study biochemistry, which is the chemistry of living things, but I’m much more interested in the “whole” – the big living, moving thing – than the smaller parts that make the whole thing tick.
Of course, depending on what sort of science you do, it might involve elements of one or all three (biology, chemistry, physics). In fact mine does just that, though it’s more biology and physics than it is chemistry.
