• Question: Do you think it would be good if every disease was cured?

      Good question, I think the answer for this is very tough and perhaps not clear. It depends massively by which methods these things were cured, if by magic then I think we as scientists could miss out on learning huge amount about disease in general that could ultimately help us an others in the future. Without getting to deep also, there’s perhaps a bioethical dilemma that if overpopulation is deemed to have caused lots of global issues is it wise to further exasperate the issue by having lots more people living far longer due to lack of disease and thus putting more strain on the planet?

      I guess my first reaction would be yes, but this must be an impossible task I suspect
